A little clarity
about your privacy.
Here is how the enquiry form on this website currently handles the information you choose to share.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, optional company or website, project type, budget range, timeline, and project description. The form also records the time of submission, consent, and whether you arrived from a project or service enquiry.
Why it is collected
This information is used to understand your project, respond to your enquiry, and manage the conversation. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing messages.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are saved in private files on the website’s server and are available through a password-protected owner inbox. They are not published on the website. The current setup does not send your enquiry to an external email or form provider.
Browser storage and cookies
The site stores your color-theme preference in your browser. After a successful enquiry, a reference and your name are kept in session storage to display your confirmation. Owner sign-in uses an essential, time-limited session cookie. No analytics or advertising tools are currently installed.
Abuse prevention
The server uses short-lived request limits to help reduce spam. A hashed network identifier may be held in memory for up to ten minutes for this purpose. It is not added to your enquiry record.
Questions or removal requests
Use the contact form to ask about your enquiry or request that your saved information be removed. Include the email address used for the original enquiry so the request can be verified.
